Rhubarb-Jalapeno BBQ Sauce
This tangy homemade BBQ sauce was made with fresh rhubarb right out of the garden, onions, jalapenos, and garlic. Try it on chicken or pork, it is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
1 lb fresh rhubarb, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 whole jalapenos, diced with seeds
2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup champagne vinegar
6 sprigs fresh thyme
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Dijon mustard
Directions
Combine rhubarb, onion, garlic, jalapeno, vinegars, and thyme in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low, and cook for 1 hour. Allow to cool then puree in a food processor or blender. Mix in the ketchup and Dijon mustard. Enjoy!!
