Another vegetable side dish… the smoky flavor and crunchy texture of these cauliflower florets is so delicious. With just a little crushed garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil this recipe is so versatile, easy, and quick to make!
1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl, and brush on the cauliflower. Place them on a lightly greased cookie sheet or roasting pan (I lined mine with tin foil for easy clean up). Bake for ten minutes, then flip and bake for another ten minutes until tender. Serve!
